21 DAY CHALLENGE - Day 13, January 17

I went for a run on the indoor track today. Well, it was 15 min of running and 15 min of walking. I did about 20 min of weights for the legs. Probably one of my shorter workouts in the gym, but that was honestly all the gumption I had for that day: my whole upper body was sore for the previous day’s workout.


  1. I have to say, when I'm sore I give myself an active rest day. I just keep moving and stretching and keeping those muscles moving...

    I love/hate the sore days.

    1. I think a lot of people have a love/hate relationship with sore muscles. It's love because you know you've worked hard, but hate because it's so unmotivating to keep going the next day.
