21 DAY CHALLENGE - Day 18, January 24
I had a lot of things to do this day. It was a day off of mine but I needed to do a lot of things and the gym didn’t seem possible. But working out for 40 min in my apartment was an option since I stopped underestimating the effectiveness of push ups, squats, and sit ups with a ridiculous number of repetitions. And if I had a machine at home, I would complete the work out with dips and chin ups.
