30 Days of Fitness - Day 23

What exercise will you abandon this month?

Tricep extensions.

Oh, you mean, besides that? Good question. I actually can't think of any other exercises that I'm shit at, or that I don't like.

I can tell you some things I refuse to try: Zumba.

A polite, "No thank-you" every time.
